Hallo, da ich mir Folsäure ohne Jod besorgen wollte, habe ich die von Ratiopharm bestellt. Ich habe jetzt aber erst gesehen, dass da 5 mg steht. Bei Femibion sind es aber 400 Mikrogramm...
Ist das ok so? Nimmt jemand auch diese Folsäure? Danke!

ja es ist ok das eine ist ja mikrogramm (µg) und das andere milligramm (mg)
400µg =4mg

Neee 1mg =1000 µg

man lernt nie aus...
ne aber kannste trotzdem nehmen meine freundin 8 monat nimmt auch schilddrüsentabl und gleichzeitig Folsäure 5 mg von ratiopharm
ich weiß aber nich wie teuer die sind ansonsten kann ich dir noch die Folio Jodfrei empfehlen...
